Please uninstall GM MDI Manager, and install this new version by the following download link: I made several attempts to update/recover the MDI device but with no luck.
I cannot connect again and the device seems dead. And at the end, after a few seconds the device automatically disconnects and I can do nothing with it. So when I try to update the GM MDI device an error occurs every time. I installed the MDI Manager software along with HDD but when I tried to connect the MDI device it asked me to recover the MDI software because the one is out of date. I bought the GM MDI 2 package from Autonumen last week. MDI manager finds and connects the gm mdi2 device but global tis has a red X through the device when trying to select it, see images attached.
